Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and integrity throughout the job was so much appreciated. The area where we wanted the court was not easy to access or construct, but they made it happen and it looks incredible. We can’t say enough good things about Snap Sports! These guys are the best!

We have been enjoying our sports court all summer long and absolutely love it!! I wanted some good time on it before I wrote a review so I could give all pros and cons. Here is my story!! So I am a research guy and especially when spending a lot of money. I spent months looking into all my options for a tennis/basketball/pickle ball/ futsal/roller hockey/volleyball court. We as a family really like to play!!! After some really bad customer service from some other companies I landed at Snapsports working with Aaron. He answered my many many questions and if he didn’t know he talked to someone that did and got right back to me. Amazing service!! I decided on their Revolution PS because our primary sports were going to be racket sports. The court is 60’ X 120’.
So far it has been great. Every once in awhile you hit a “dead” spot but I’ll take it as it’s better than dealing with cracks in concrete or spending an arm and a leg on a tension reinforced slab. Traction is great even when wet and we haven’t experienced any bad slips. We also got their net system, LED lights, and basketball hoops which are all of great quality. (if you are going to get two hoops get the same brand or it will throw off line measurements.) when painting lines there were some mistakes made (picture) but they came and fixed them. Working with Adam for installation and technical questions was great. I learned a lot during the process. If anybody wants to talk through things I’m more than willing or if you want to try playing on a court before pulling the trigger we can make that happen as well. I am in South East Idaho and Aaron can get a hold of me.

We love SnapSports of Utah. They did an amazing job on our “all sports court.” I am a perfectionist and not easily satisfied w/anything less than 100%+ . But SnapSports delivered on their work above and beyond. The final product of the flooring in color and design is like a masterpiece. I had a custom design created by a local artist for the center court. The design was very intricate w/various colors we were afraid that SnapSports would not be able to duplicate the design, however we were out of words when they rolled out the design it was the exact replica of our art work. Going w/SnapSports was the best decision we made. Adam and Aaron always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Even when I requested to move up installation on our basketball hoops and LED light they altered their schedule to accommodate our request. They were very patient w/us as we had to revise our color schemes many many times. They also had to wait on us several times for our art work but never did they show any signs of frustration. They were always happy to assist and answer any question we had. The installation crew also did an amazing job and took the extra time to show us how to use the netting system. Thank you SnapSports for our. beautiful court. Our family will be making lots of memories on the court. Also, the Airbnb guest in our home will also enjoy the fruits of your labor. We can’t thank you enough for our magnificent court. It’s truly a masterpiece!!

I couldn’t recommend SnapSports more highly! We worked with Adam Drost, who was one of the shining stars of our (often frustrating) home building process. He always replied to me immediately (after multiple failed attempts to even get a quote from one of their competitors, I knew I wanted to use SnapSport because Adam’s communication was so superior), he knows their product inside and out, and he was great to work with as we designed the way we wanted our court lines to look (we have 3 hoops, and also wanted a pickleball court in our 31×50 space). Recently we had to rip out a wall panel and tore some of the cove base in the process–they sent us a replacement piece ASAP free of charge!! Stellar customer service.

We used the MapleXL tiles in our indoor basketball court and love the look (they are bigger than the other SnapSport tiles with a smooth and more natural looking surface), shock absorption, and indestructibility of them. We wanted something waterproof in case our basement ever floods, and I am so, so happy we went with SnapSport instead of a wood floor. Our boys ride their bikes, Rip-riders, pogo sticks….nothing hurts the floor (and if we somehow ever do damage it, I love that I can just pop a tile out and replace!)

We had countless construction delays, and SnapSport was always patient as we kept postponing our gym installation; when we were finally ready, they jumped right to it and met our schedule. Even though we’re in Idaho, we chose to have SnapSport install and do the lines on site–great decision because they were fast and did it RIGHT (anyone who has built a home knows the frustration of working with subs who take forever to ever show up or don’t actually know what they’re doing!). People often ask where we got our floors because they look fantastic yet require zero maintenance–I have no reservations in telling them SnapSport is absolutely the way to go!

During the total insanity of building a custom home during Covid was the silver lining of working with Adam and SnapSports. He was an incredible help and consultant from the day we went and tried out the court surfaces in Salt Lake, helping give us ideas on the design and even coordinating getting the anchors set correctly with our builder up in Boise. They provided extremely specific details and digital and print materials for us to provide to our builder and concrete contractor. That made the process so easy. Adam and his installer came up to our home in Idaho on schedule to personally oversee the install and we were blown away that it looked absolutely identical to the initial renderings. Colors were spot on, quality is amazing and the boys love it!! We will enjoy many years of fun on this court. A total bargain for the fun we will have for decades. 100% recommend SnapSports for your sport court project

We had one at our previous home for 10 years, when we moved into a new home a basketball court was on the top of our priority list. Adam and his team at Snap Sports were excellent. A few things I really appreciated on a personal and professional level. First, communication. In the trades it’s common to have poor communication, lack of follow through or lack of education of options and ideas. Adam was the exact opposite and was quick to respond to calls or texts, competitive at pricing, has a great eye for creating a stunning court and overall friendly and helpful. The installers were super professional, cleaned up the job site and were efficient. They took great care of the materials, explained the way to get the most out of all of the systems and were in and out in 2 days on a 50×100 tennis court, volleyball and half court basketball. We absolutely love our Snap Sports basketball court. Adam and his team were unbelievable to work with. Adam was patient and very helpful with designing the court. He was much more interested in making sure we got what we wanted rather than just getting another order done. The installers were personable, worked hard, and took a personal interest in my court to make sure everything was perfect. The court is better than expected and has a true bounce to the basketball. I also love the fact that the concrete pad is not ruined with paint that can chip, crack, stain, etc. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the entire process. Adam was fantastic to work with. He came out and listened and had lots of great ideas from experience, including things to save me money. I spent a lot of time researching and their courts are better quality yet very competitively priced. The install crew was on time (rare in construction) and the after sales service has been great – including fixing a door latch for free with a new one, no questions asked! Adam asked questions throughout to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting.

We have loved the court. The basketball net is very easy to lower. The pickleball net is super easy to get out and back on. The tiles are great – not too hard like on my neighbor’s court. I can not speak highly enough about this company. I never write reviews but they went above and beyond and deserve to be very successful.

Adam at Snap Sports helped us to make a great play space for our kids. They were efficient and prompt in the service they provided. We started our sports court 4 years ago with another company and had the concrete work done with significant issues. The slab of concrete was laid poorly and the anchors for the basketball standards were misplaced and improperly anchored. The company that poured the concrete and anchors would not stand behind their poor workmanship. We were devastated that we had spent so much money for an eye sore of a cement slab. Adam and his team helped us to retrofit anchors and build a Snap Sports court that looks fantastic and is fully functional. Given a difficult situation, they were able to quickly come up with definitive solutions and were very congenial to work with. They are a great team to work with… they charged what they said they would charge, came when they said they would come, finished ahead of the timeline presented, and provided both the service and quality of workmanship that they said they would provide.
